Why We Started
Every statistic about Parkinson’s disease represents a person — someone waiting for answers, someone struggling to stay independent, someone whose loved ones lie awake at night worrying. And too often, those patients slip through the cracks.
We started ActualSignal because we believe those cracks should not exist. No one should feel unseen, unheard, or unsupported while living with a neurological condition.

What We Do
At its core, ActualSignal synchronizes patients and providers in real time. Our platform turns fragmented, delayed information into continuous, actionable insight. We don’t just collect data — we translate it into a signal that matters:
- For patients, it means being seen even between appointments.
- For caregivers, it means peace of mind that subtle changes won’t go unnoticed.
- For providers, it means predictive analytics and patient-provided data that strengthen decision-making.
- For health systems and ACOs, it means aligning better outcomes with lower costs.
Why It Matters Now
Neurological diseases like Parkinson’s are complex, expensive, and deeply human. They test the limits of fragmented care systems — and expose why real-time insight is no longer optional. Every day without visibility is a day of risk. Every delay in action can mean a fall, a hospitalization, or a decline in quality of life.
The Difference We’re Making
We’re not here to add another layer of technology that makes care harder. We’re here to make it easier — to give families hope, providers clarity, and organizations a way to meet the Quadruple Aim without compromise.
Looking Ahead
This blog will be our space to share stories, insights, and perspectives from every angle: patients, caregivers, providers, ACO leaders, and the innovators shaping tomorrow’s healthcare.
Because ActualSignal isn’t just a platform. It’s a promise: to see what others miss, and to change lives because of it.
