Hanan Iserovich is the CEO and Co-Founder of ActualSignal, which was established in 2022 following an extensive ideation process with leading clinicians to revolutionize neurological disease care. A technology leader with 30 years of distinguished service in the IDF, Hanan commanded MAMRAM (the IDF's elite computing unit) and led premier cyber units in both the IDF and Ministry of Defense. His unique combination of advanced technological expertise and passion for improving healthcare outcomes drives ActualSignal's mission to transform patient care. Hanan holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science, and an MBA in Healthcare Innovation.

Dr. Sagi Horev joined ActualSignal as Co-Founder and CTO in  2022, where he leads the company's scientific and technological R&D , as well as the clinical aspects. An experienced physician-technologist, Sagi brings a unique blend of medical and technical expertise, having served over a decade in Unit 8200 of Israeli intelligence specializing in cyber security and machine learning before graduating medical school with honors. His dual background enables him to bridge technology and medicine. Prior to ActualSignal, Sagi played pivotal roles in numerous health-tech startups, driving innovative solutions that deliver tangible value to the healthcare industry.

Debbie brings decades of healthcare leadership as the founder and former owner of The Villages Rehab & Nursing Center in Florida. With deep expertise in elderly care and post-acute rehabilitation, she has served as a strategic advisor to healthcare companies and investors throughout her career. Driven by her passion for patient care, Debbie now leads ActualSignal's healthcare partnerships and patient support initiatives across the United States, leveraging her extensive industry knowledge to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Dr. Haddar Beiser delved into computer science during her doctoral studies in Musicology. Her career has transitioned from university lecturer to a technical role, where she applies her diverse academic background to enhance interdisciplinary approaches in software development. Haddar has joined ActualSignal’s R&D team in December 2023.

Sagi is a passionate innovator and product leader operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology. With over 13 years of experience, he has focused his career on improving patient care through innovative digital solutions.

From 2021 to 2024, Sagi served as the co-founder and CEO of MentAI Health LTD., where he led the development of a platform that uses Big Data to deliver psychological support and real-time monitoring for medical patients. His work contributed to meaningful improvements in patient outcomes and experiences.

Sagi’s background combines product leadership, project management, and clinical experience. He began his career as a physical and hydro therapist, supporting patients through rehabilitation and gaining firsthand insight into the needs of both patients and healthcare providers.

He currently serves as Head of Product at Actual Signal, where he continues to develop thoughtful technologies that advance health outcomes.

Asi Lazar is an experienced engineer and researcher with a strong background in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, and R&D leadership. With nearly seven years at Segoma (acquired by R2NET Inc.), he advanced from an R&D Engineer to a Team Leader and Senior R&D Engineer, showcasing his ability to lead complex engineering projects. He has also been a Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev since 2019, demonstrating a passion for academia and knowledge sharing. Asi holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering  from Ben-Gurion University. He is currently on leave from his Ph.D. studies in Industrial Engineering. His expertise lies at the intersection of research, innovation, and practical engineering solutions.

Yahel Brand is in her final year of a B.Sc. in Bio-Psychology and Neuroscience at Ben Gurion University. She was selected for the Amitai Benin Honors Program by the Jewish Federation of New York. As a research assistant, she contributed to a clinical study on OCD using TMS helmets in collaboration with BrainsWay, where she managed data analysis and coordinated experiments. Previously, she spent two years in New York working as a security professional with El Al Airlines and served in the military as a combat medic and clinic supervisor handling complex medical cases. Currently, as the Head of Customer Success, Yahel has a deep passion for the integration of medicine, neurology, and technology, and for leveraging technological advancements to improve patients' lives.

Guy is a seasoned software architect and engineering leader with deep experience in DevOps, system infrastructure, and AI-driven development. He began his career in Unit 8200, serving as a developer in a DevOps division focused on operating systems and networking, and later as a team leader and officer.
He then joined Nym Health as one of the company's first software engineers. Over six years, he advanced to Chief Architect, leading a team of architects and working across the organization. His work centered on complex data challenges, scalable architecture, and the integration of manual rule-based systems with AI.
Today, Guy works independently, combining hands-on development with strategic consulting for high-scale, data-driven products.

Alex Lehtman is a highly skilled and adaptable Mobile Developer with over a decade of experience in delivering high-quality mobile applications. He possesses a deep understanding of both native Android (Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose) and cross-platform development (Flutter, KMM). Throughout his career at companies like SolarEdge, Emerald, and Ewave, Alex has spearheaded the development of new multi-platform Flutter apps, maintained and supported Java/Kotlin applications with KMM integration, and built solutions to digitize factory production processes. His expertise includes a wide array of modern mobile technologies such as RESTful APIs, Firebase, SQLite, and various state management solutions like Bloc and Riverpod. Alex is adept at crafting user-centric, scalable solutions that align with business goals, thrives on solving complex technical challenges, and is always open to collaborating on innovative and impactful projects.

Ella is a multidisciplinary leader combining expertise in health innovation, business development and operations. As part of the leadership team at 8400 - The Health Network, she leads two flagship programs, overseeing and coordinating their operational and organizational components. She provides comprehensive support to team members, lecturers, and participants - ensuring high-quality execution and advancing innovation and entrepreneurship in health-tech.

Ella joined ActualSignal as Business Development Manager, contributing to the company’s mission of transforming healthcare through data-driven solutions.

She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University, graduating with honors. Her professional background also includes a career as a professional contract dancer with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, where she cultivated discipline, collaboration, and creative leadership.

Ella brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational precision, and creative energy with a commitment to meaningful impact in the healthcare space.

Nicole Bradberry is a visionary healthcare leader and strategist with over two decades of experience driving innovation across the healthcare ecosystem. She currently serves as CEO and Board Chair of the Florida Association of ACOs (FLAACOs), where she supports accountable care organizations in advancing value-based healthcare models across the state.

Nicole brings a strong background in growth, operations, product development, and health technology. Throughout her career, she has set strategic direction for organizations ranging from early-stage ventures to Fortune 50 companies—developing partnerships, launching innovative care models, and implementing solutions that improve clinical quality, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience.

Her expertise lies in value-based care transformation, population health execution, and building high-performing healthcare networks that accelerate access and outcomes.

Dr. Elijahu Berkovich is a seasoned leader in pharmaceutical research and innovation. With over two decades of experience in drug development, translational medicine, and strategic partnering, Eli works at the intersection of cutting-edge science and clinical application. He currently leads R&D and strategic partnership initiatives for Merck, where he helps identify and advance high-impact healthcare solutions. Holding a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Eli has previously held key scientific and leadership roles across biopharma companies and research institutions. He is a trusted advisor to healthcare ventures, offering a global perspective and deep scientific insight.

Dr. Fatta B. Nahab is a board-certified neurologist specializing in movement disorders and neuroimaging. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Clinical and Digital Development at Neuron23, where he leads research and development initiatives focused on neurodegenerative diseases.

Previously, Dr. Nahab was the Chief Medical Officer at Global Kinetics Corporation, where he contributed to the development of wearable technologies for Parkinson's disease management. He also held academic positions, including Associate Professor of Neurosciences at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), where he directed the Movement Disorders Neuroimaging Program.

Dr. Nahab earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, followed by a neurology residency at Loma Linda University Health Education Consortium and a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health.
