Do I need a smartwatch or any special hardware?

Not at all! ActualSignal works with any iOS or Android smartphone manufactured in the last five years-no extra devices or wearables needed.

How much does it cost?

We partner with healthcare organizations like ACOs and Neurology clinics to provide the app for their patients. The app is included in the Remote Therapeutic monitoring (RTM) program and is covered by Medicare and most private insurance. Coinsurance/Deductibles: Like a standard office visit, RTM services are subject to your Medicare coinsurance and any applicable deductibles.

Can my doctor see my results?

Yes! We work with healthcare organizations like ACOs and neurology clinics to ensure your entire care team has access to your up-to-date health insights for better decision-making. We can also generate an easy-to-read PDF to share your results with anyone outside of your care team.

How can I sign up?
